Step by Step Guide

Decide on your package

It’s important to carefully consider and choose the appropriate package for your needs to ensure you receive the best possible value for your money. You will automatically get sent a Direct Debit Link and then we will contact you and discuss your project in more detail.

Set up your Direct Debit

We will send you a Direct Debit link to start the payments. We will collect the payment each month before we action any posts.

Sign up to Trello

Once we have contacted you we will ask you to sign up to a Trello account (don’t worry its free). Once you are connected we will send you a dedicated Trello card where we will proof all of your social posts.

Answer the questionnaire

We will sent you a questionnaire so you can answer as many questions as possible about your business, your team/staff and your competitors etc. This will give us an idea of what your company does and what you want to achieve so we will be able to design the posts around these answers. Depending on what package you choose, we will also meet with you over Zoom for 30mins to add other content ideas.

Thats it!

We will start to design your posts based on the content discussed, ready for you to approve each month. We will send you reports on how your socials working.
